Tapestry Shelties
Since 1985 I have owned, bred and shown some lovely Shelties. Here are
a few of the ones that I've had the pleasure to enjoy over the years!

Tapestry's Centre of Attention
Annie, resulted from breeding Emma - Ch. Playland's Some
Like It Hot (Simon great granddaughter) to Am.Can. Ch. Reinmaur's Firecracker - a Simon great grandson.
Annie excels in movement and attitude. She showed beautifully
for me at our ASSA National debut in 2005. I sold Annie to Walter and Dee Silverstein, Silver Trail Shelties, Florida,
in December 2005 and in January Annie was entered and won her first major reserve. She has gone on to become the
"reserve queen" but hopefully 2008 will be the year she gets those deserving majors and finishes.
I am thrilled with the wonderful home and love that Dee and Walter
have provided Annie and I have no doubt she will make her mark at Silver Trails both in and out of the show ring.

Ch. Tapestry's Crazy for You
I first laid eyes on Am. Ch. Jade Mist Beyond Tradition at the 1993 Virgina Beach
National and decided I simply had to breed to him. I leased back a Simon daughter from Hazel Hampson - Jenny Wren -
and as per our agreement we co-bred the litter. The resulting litter of four produced three quality show puppies.
Chrissy and Phoebe are the most noteable. Phoebe became the foundation for Playland Shelties - Ch. Tricounty A
Step Beyond (mother of my Ch. Playland's Some Like It Hot - Emma). Chrissy, became Ch. Tapestry's Crazy for You a stunning
bitch who under very limited showing seldom missed taking Breed and Group placements. Sadly she did not turn out to
be the producer of the puppy I wanted to move forward with.

BPIS Ch. Shay-Dee's Let the Fantasy Begin.
Jenny was the result of a breeding done by my friend, Norm Leneve, Shaydee-Chase
Shelties, between Ch. Fairfax Diamond in the Ruff and Am. Ch. Signature Secret Weapon. She represented the start of
a wonderful friendship with Norm. A beautiful little girl who attracted attention both in and out of the ring
with her gorgeous head and eye detail. Jenny retired as the beloved pet of Lee Diamond, London and lived to the ripe
old age of 15.
